Private Health Cover:
On the spot Health Insurance Claims are available using the Hicaps system. Includes all major and most minor health funds (for participating health funds click here). Typically your private health insurer will pay between half and two thirds of the treatment cost, depending on your level of cover. Please bring your private health card with you. We also accept payment using cash, Visa, Mastercard and EFTPOS.
BUPA and HCF customers:

Additionally, we are affiliated with multiple major Private Health Funds to provide rewarding services to members:

BUPA‘s Member’s First program allows BUPA members to enjoy a lower than usual treatment rate, as well as higher on-the-spot HICAPS claims to limit your out-of-pocket expenses.

HCF members, we have recently become an approved provider for the HCF “More for Muscles” program which provides higher level rebates for HCF members. The initial consultation is 100% covered by HCF in your case – no excuses not to come and have that dodgy knee looked at now!

Workcover and TAC:
Compensable injuries such as Workcover and TAC claims are commonly treated. Due to the inability of WorkSafe and the TAC to pay market rates for Physiotherapy treatments, our policy is to charge the client our normal rates, the cost of the treatment can then be claimed back via the insurer. You will usually receive most of the cost back, however there will be a small “gap” depending on your insurer’s policies. You must have lodged a claim already to access Physiotherapy services.
Medicare EPC:
In certain cases, you may be eligible for treatment under the EPC program (Enhanced Primary Care). This enables up to five Medicare-funded sessions each calendar year, with no out-of-pocket expenses. You will need to contact your GP to find out if you are eligible for this program. Generally, you will qualify for this program if you have a chronic medical condition that is being managed by your GP, and requires Physiotherapy treatment. Consult your GP for further information.
