Cancellation Policy

We aim to provide services in a timely manner. No-shows, late arrivals, and cancellations inconvenience not only practitioners, but also our other patients. Please be aware of our policy regarding missed appointments.

Appointment Cancellation

When you book your appointment, you are holding a space on our calendar that is no longer available to our other patients. In order to be respectful of your fellow patients, please call the clinic as soon as you know you will not be able to make your appointment.

If cancellation is necessary, we require that you notify us at least 24 hours in advance. Appointments are in high demand, and we often have a list of clients that will happily take your appointment time should you be unable to attend.

How to Cancel Your Appointment 

If you need to cancel your appointment, please call us on (03) 93723600 between 8am and 7pm Monday to Friday or 9am to 1pm Saturday.

Late Cancellations/No-Shows

A cancellation is considered late when the appointment is cancelled less than 24 hours before the appointed time. If a patient fails to attend an appointment without cancelling in advance they will be charged a $40 missed appointment fee.
