All of our sessions include a full half-hour of one-on-one time with the Physiotherapist. If you are sick of being left alone with a hot pack and electrotherapy, come in and experience a different way of doing things. We are a very hands-on practice where you will never be left alone in a room while we work on another patient.
Our aim is to provide top quality service using the latest hands-on treatment techniques and sports medicine guidelines. All of our assessment and treatment techniques follow evidence-based practice endorsed by the Australian Physiotherapy Association. As well as providing mainstream modalities such as massage, joint mobilisation and manipulation, exercise therapy, rehabilitation, strength and flexibility training, our Physiotherapists are also qualified to practice Dry Needling, a modern muscle release technique similar to acupuncture. If you suffer from acute or chronic muscle pain, we urge you to try this unusual, but extremely effective technique.
