Medicare EPC: $70 ($56 medicare rebate)
In certain cases, you may be eligible for treatment under the EPC plan (Enhanced Primary Care plan). This enables up to five Medicare-funded sessions each calendar year a $14 gap payment applies for each session after the $56 rebate is applied.
You will need to contact your GP to find out if you are eligible for this program. Generally, you will qualify for this program if you have a chronic medical condition that is being managed by your GP, and requires Physiotherapy treatment. Consult your GP for further information.
